During his illustrious career, he has achieved special expertise that includes development of a family-owned company from scratch up to a turnover of 400 Mio USD and 250 employees (organic growth); successful planning and development of a business strategy for a start-up company; development, marketing & sales of APIs and finished dosage forms; expertise in the contract manufacturing of APIs and finished dosage forms; establishment of an international business with pharmaceutical products in Europe, USA, China etc. with 11 affiliated companies; establishment of a worldwide sourcing network with offices in China and India; transformation of Midas into a pharmaceutical company fully compliant with GMP
Mr. Schleicher received a degree in Economics from the University of Marburg. Prior to launching Midas, he worked in numerous roles at Boehringer Ingelheim.
